Our welcome reception embodies a resort casual atmosphere, where stylish comfort meets Florida chic. Feel free to opt for your favorite pair of nice jeans, but kindly refrain from wearing ripped jeans with holes to maintain a polished yet relaxed look. Let's aim for attire that's inviting, light, breezy, and effortlessly stylish—a perfect fit for mingling and embracing the sunny vibes.
Tuesday, May 7th:
Daytime: For our all-day meeting, we're embracing a relaxed yet professional vibe, akin to business casual attire that's both comfortable and polished. Jeans are permitted, but please ensure they're free of rips or tears. A a collared shirt, button-down or a blouse would be appropriate. T-shirts are not permitted.
Awards Dinner: Dress to impress with business professional and/or cocktail attire.
Don't forget, headshots will be available from 2-6 PM on Tuesday, so be sure to bring your A-game and look your best!

Do I have to pay for my room on my credit card?
Your room and tax fees will be directly billed to your hotel.

Yes, a credit card will be required for incidentals as a security hold.

What is the rate if I am staying additional nights?
The rate is $159 plus tax.

How much is parking?
Self-parking is included in the group rate and will be expensed to your hotel. Should you choose to valet park, you will not be able to expense the cost.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
To get from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, you have a few options. You can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. Taxis or ridesharing services are readily available outside the airport terminals.
